On 8 June 2016, CRES presented the bottom-up methodologies, which were developed within the multEE project, in the training course of the ENSPOL project regarding the design and implementation of the energy efficiency obligation scheme in Greece. Specifically, the bottom-up equations were analyzed to the participated representatives of the obligation parties and the technical associations in order to be utilized in the measurement and monitoring mechanisms, which has to be developed. Moreover, an initial discussion was initiated considering the specification of country specific calculation values and the establishment of the appropriate data collection procedures.
