Data Collection Process for Bottom-up Monitoring

All EU member states are requested to monitor and report their progresses on energy savings. However, such a process requires the collection of reliable data, the analysis of which can generate comparable results. This report provides guidance on how to structure an effective data collection process on the basis of best practice examples and on how to collect the necessary data to monitor and verify energy efficiency measures.

multEE at the Baltic Dynamics Conference 2016

On 15 September 2016, the multEE project was featured at the 21st International Conference on Innovation on “Innovation and Technology Convergence – Strategy for Smart Growth” (Baltic Dynamics 2016) via a poster presentation. The team of the Institute of Physical Energetics, one of the ten Consortium partners of the multEE project, displayed and presented the poster in the conference’s exhibition area in the Radisson Blu Hotel in Riga. The poster presented the overall structure and achievements of the project from August 2016.

Identifying areas of improvements of Monitoring and Verification schemes and Coordination Mechanisms

This report identifies areas of improvement of Monitoring and Verification (M&V) schemes and coordination mechanism in the nine partner countries of the MultEE project. Furthermore, an analysis has been carried out to conclude on these areas of improvements in respect of the different types of political governance in the partner countries.
